Vibe Defender is a virtual 6-week series of meditation classes designed to provide you with techniques to combat bad vibes or unwanted energy before, during, and after the show.

Why? Because there is nothing worse than your own or someone else’s energy dampening your show experience!

this series is for you if...

you struggle with “pre-show jitters” (anxiety/nerves before a concert)

 

you have mental stress about getting into the venue & finding the perfect dancing spot

 

you are sensitive to bad vibes from others in the crowd

 

you can become triggered by something and have a hard time re-raising your own vibe

 

you experience “post-show blues” (feeling down/lost after a concert)

 

you are curious about meditation, but are looking for a relaxed, relatable container to learn in

 

you already have a meditation practice, but want to learn how to incorporate it into your music/show life

 

you are looking for others in the music scene who are interested in wellness, personal growth, spiritual practices, and deeper connections

how does it work?

Classes will be streamed live via Zoom. You will also receive access to the recordings (in case you can’t join live or want to rewatch a class).

 

Meditation classes consist of discussion around a specific topic & meditation technique, journaling, sharing (if you choose), and a guided meditation.

 

No meditation experience is necessary.
