Vibe Defender is a virtual 6-week series of meditation classes designed to provide you with techniques to combat bad vibes or unwanted energy before, during, and after the show.
 
This online series includes access to 6 live meditation classes (1 hour each), 1 live cacao ceremony (2 hours), and access to the recordings. The series will begin on March 6th and run through April 13th, with meditation classes occurring on Thursday evenings (7pm MST) and the cacao ceremony occuring at the close of the series (April 13th, 10am MST). Live classes are hosted via Zoom. Before the series begins, you will receive an email with additional details, including instructions on how to join class and access the recordings.
