Our 1:1 meditation coaching sessions offer ongoing, individualized, skill-based support to help you begin, recommit to, or expand your personal meditation practice

1:1 MEDITATION COACHING

SESSIONS

Sessions are individually tailored depending on your experience and “why” for meditating. Whether you feel overwhelmed with where to start, struggle to stay consistent, or want support deepening your practice, these sessions meet you where you are and help you build a practice that fits into your life.

Sessions May Include:

Creating your meditation blueprint – an individualized practice guide that fits into your life

Developing strategies to support consistency

Learning foundational meditation techniques

​

Exploring practices tailored to your nervous system & current life situation

Managing physical resistance

(eg, physical discomfort, restlessness, sleepiness)

Navigating mental resistance

(eg, “monkey mind”, impatience, self-doubt – feeling like you’re “doing it wrong”)

​

Reconnecting with meditation after time away

​

Integrating practices “off the cushion” (in real life)

​

Space for questions, reflection, and real-time guidance

SINGLE SESSION

Single sessions are great for those who are feeling curious about meditation but are not ready to commit or experienced meditators who want to deepen/broaden their practice.

1 session (60 minutes):

3-Session Bundle

Meditation is a practice – growth is not linear and consistency is where the shifts happen. The 3-session bundle allows for learning & refinement, accountability & support between sessions, and individualized adjustments as your practice evolves.

3-session bundle:

All sessions include 1 month access to our on-demand

library of pre-recorded guided meditation practices.

â—ˆ Meditation coaching sessions are focused on helping you learn to meditate and build an ongoing practice. If something comes up during meditation that could use space for deeper emotional processing, our 1:1 Transformational Ritual may be supportive for you.
