a guided meditation to help you connect with each energy center (chakra) and circulate energy throughout them. this is a great meditation to use when you have overflowing positive energy, so you can absorb it and use it for growth (eg, when "flying high" after a meaningful experience). for a deeper experience, we recommend completing the circular breath journal prompts after the meditation.
