The Power of Ritual is a virtual 4-week ritual-based series designed to help you give yourself space.

This is not a course full of content – it is a guided experience that uses cacao, meditation, journaling, and intentional gathering to help you access the inner state where insight, emotional processing, and connection naturally arise.

This series is designed to be a versatile, repeatable container – it can hold whatever you arrive with. Whether you’re seeking clarity, moving through loss, calling in a new chapter, or integrating an experience, The Ritual Practice adapts to meet you where you are – offering fresh insight each time you return to it.

Sessions will be held live via Zoom, and participants will receive access to the recordings.

Cacao

We will drink cacao during each session. We recommend having at least 130 g (a ceremonial dose is ~40–45 g per serving; a casual dose is ~30–35 g; since the sessions are in the evening, a lighter dose may be preferred). If you do not have cacao, please choose the registration option that includes cacao or purchase cacao in our store. Cacao is always optional. To receive your cacao before the start of the event, please register/purchase by January 26 at 9:00am MT.
