Shipping Policy

Ceremonial cacao is a natural product and may be sensitive to heat during transit.

Once your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for cacao that melts due to being left outdoors, in a mailbox, or in a warm environment after delivery. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and bringing your package indoors as soon as it arrives.

During warm weather, cacao may soften or melt slightly during transit. This does not affect quality or potency. Simply allow it to cool and solidify before use.

For events or ceremonies, we may provide suggested “order by” dates to help your cacao arrive in time. These dates are estimates based on standard carrier timelines. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control (including carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume). We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders affected by heat exposure or carrier delays once shipped.
