Your preferred cacao dose (mine is typically ~33 g on a "normal" day)
~10 g cacao butter (unrefined)
~1 teaspoon 100% pure maple syrup
~1 teaspoon coconut oil (unrefined)
~4 dates (pitted)
~6-10 oz hot water (depending on mug size)
Blend all ingredients together (no need to make a paste first!). Since you're "throwing" everything into the blender and you aren't spending much time preparing the cacao, consider standing by the blender while everything blends to connect with Mama Cacao and send her some love.
