Cacao (unprocessed, unrefined, non-industrialized "chocolate") is a plant medicine whose spirit is often referred to as “Mama Cacao”. Cacao can produce heart-opening, energizing, and blissful effects when consumed (drank) in an intentional space. Cacao is a powerful tool to open your heart, deepen a meditative state, increase creativity, and strengthen the connection to your intuition. 

Our primary intention for this event is to hold space for you to experience the loving, guiding, and supportive magic of cacao. We’ll begin with a seated, guided meditation, which will allow us to settle into a space of calm and openness. We’ll then move into the cacao ceremony, where we’ll set intentions and drink pure ceremonial grade cacao. To facilitate a deeper experience and connection with the spirit of cacao, Dante will then lead us through a meditative percussion sound bath where we’ll be able to bask in the effects of cacao, allowing her to lovingly hold and guide us as we connect deeper with our heart and intuition.
