Valentine's Day is the day of love, and we feel like the world could use a little extra love right now.💓

This online ceremony will celebrate Valentine's day by focusing on sending the world love. We will begin with ceremonial cacao to open our hearts (plus, Valentine's day is chocolate's time to shine!). We will then move into a guided meditation, which will consist of a modified tonglen practice.

Tonglen is a buddhist meditation practice where you breathe in someone's pain, suffering, grief, heaviness...hold it and transform it...then breathe out (send) healing, peace, understanding, lightness. For this modified tonglen practice, we will focus on the frequency of love.

No meditation experience is necessary.

For the cacao ceremony, please prepare your cacao before the call. Single-serving cacao hearts and bags of cacao are available for purchase here; please order by Thursday, February 5th to ensure you receive it in time. Tea or another warm beverage is welcome if you don't have or aren't in the mood for cacao!
