We are hosting a meditation circle and cacao ceremony to “pre-game” for Goose at Lake Dillon: Get into a centered, heart-opened, energized state, set intentions for the night, and connect with others in the community on a deeper level. Live music by Spices Peculiar.

about the event
We love and appreciate the Goose community so much and can't wait to share our two other loves, cacao and meditation, with you. Our primary intention for this event is to hold space for members of the Goose community to connect with one another on a deeper level. We will begin with a guided heart meditation, which will allow us to first connect with ourselves and settle into a space of gratitude, calm, and openness. We will then move into the cacao ceremony, where we'll allow mama cacao to open our hearts and fill us with energy and bliss. After we share our first few sips together, either silence or conversation are welcome. We just ask that everyone remain present and respectful, and connect in whatever way they feel comfortable with in the moment.
