goose integration circle: europe tour

It can be difficult to come back to reality after a show, run, or tour. For one, the initial “flying high” energy can be a lot to handle (and we don’t want to lose it!). For another, post-show blues can settle in, leaving us feeling disheartened, lonely, and lost. Our intention for this event is to hold space for members of the Goose community to reflect on their show experience in a safe, supportive container, reconnect with others in the scene on a deeper level, and learn how to sustain and utilize this “flying high” energy for growth. We hope this event will help you integrate back into the “real world” with more support, understanding, balance, and inspiration.

We will begin with a seated, guided circular breath meditation. This meditation practice is a powerful tool to balance and distribute excess energy throughout our being, so we can absorb it and use it for growth, rather than letting it “leak out”. Afterwards, we will open the space up for sharing (if you choose; silence is always welcome).

This event is scheduled to align with the end of Goose’s 2023 Europe tour; however, you are welcome to join regardless of whether you attended a show on this tour.

No meditation experience is necessary.
