Join us for a special cacao ceremony in Central Park! Escape the chaos of the city and workweek to gather with like-minded people, feel heart-centered with ceremonial cacao, and reconnect with yourself with a guided meditation. Our intention for this event is to hold space for the jam community to connect outside the show environment. With Goose tour ending a few days prior, we're already anticipating that whiplash we can all feel when transitioning back into the "real world". Let's try to mitigate those "post-show blues" by regathering as a community and reconnecting to the energy we feel when at a show.

We will begin with the cacao ceremony where we'll drink ceremonial-grade cacao from Nicaragua. Cacao is a powerful tool to open our hearts, help us enter deeper states of meditation, and fill us with energy and bliss. After we share our first few sips together, we will set intentions. We will then move into a seated, guided meditation. After the meditation, we will open the space for pulling an oracle card, journaling, and connecting (if you choose; silence is always welcome).

No meditation or cacao experience is necessary.

This event will take place in Central Park. We will be outside and seated for the majority of the time. Please wear appropriate clothing (layers are best!) and bring water. For the ceremony, we will provide cushions to sit on, but please bring anything you may specifically need to feel comfortable sitting on the ground (chairs are also welcome if that's better for you!). Feel free to also bring a journal, yoga mat, or anything else you may wish to use after the ceremony to capture any thoughts, emotions, or energies that arise.

It is easiest to connect with the spirit of cacao on an empty stomach and in the absence of other substances (caffeine, alcohol, marijuana, etc).
